The Healthy Life Forum has officially opened at the Lomonosov Cluster of the Sparrow Hills Innovation Scientific and Technological Centre of Moscow State University. The event brings together leading Russian and international experts. Organized by the Roscongress Foundation’s Healthy Life ecosystem with the official support from the Russian Ministry of Health,
the 2026 Forum serves as a platform for dialogue between Russian experts and prominent global representatives spanning the CIS, BRICS, and SCO nations. During the core plenary session, panel experts will evaluate best international and regional practices for elevating public health, with official delegations from 15 countries participating in the Forum.
“Over the years, the Healthy Life Forum has solidified its position as a premier annual milestone in public health, uniting leading experts, regulatory authorities, the medical and scientific communities, businesses, and international organizations,” emphasized Anton Kobyakov, Adviser to the President of the Russian Federation. “The Forum’s launch drives an open professional dialogue, the exchange of expertise, and the design of actionable solutions to safeguard public health and build a modern healthcare system.” The Forum’s opening day will feature discussions on expanding healthcare management potential, integrating salutogenic design into medical facilities, deploying artificial intelligence across clinical practices, and advancing health-preservation initiatives in the Far East alongside breakthrough innovations in pharmacology and other sector-related issues.
Additionally, the first day will culminate in the announcement of the winners of the ‘Technologies for Human Health’ competition. The competition highlights high-tech, science-intensive breakthroughs — with a primary focus on biotechnology — capable of significantly elevating public health outcomes. Its foundational mission is to provide comprehensive, end-to-end support to research teams engineering innovative biotechnologies designed to optimize human health.
“The Forum’s business programme was curated alongside leading experts and prominent representatives from across the clinical community,” noted Anastasia Stolkova, First Deputy Director for Development at the Roscongress Foundation, CEO of the RC-Medicine Foundation, and member of the Healthcare Commission of the Civic Chamber of the Russian Federation. “This collaborative effort enabled us to formulate a highly substantive agenda that directly confronts current public health challenges and reflects the critical growth areas shaping the future of the sector. We expect that the dialogues sparked here will lay the groundwork for pioneering initiatives and professional alliances. The vital issues raised during this Forum will continue to be expanded across other flagship Roscongress Foundation venues — including the St. Petersburg International Economic Forum and the Eastern Economic Forum — as well as other major summits where the Healthy Life ecosystem is represented.”
